Collecting and inspecting your lease vehicle
Your new lease vehicle is waiting for you at the supplier and you can’t wait to taste the freedom it offers. However, before taking your vehicle home, it’s a good idea to check the points below.
Does the vehicle match your order?
If it doesn’t, don’t sign the delivery note or accept delivery. Call us right away on +32 16 88 16 00.
Go through the checklist carefully to make sure everything is in order.
- Is it the right vehicle with the right accessories and options?
- Does the vehicle come with the legally required equipment (warning triangle, first-aid box and fire extinguisher)?
- Have you received the following vehicle documents?
- Certificate of conformity
- Vehicle instruction manual and service log book
- KBC Autolease folder including the:
- Vehicle registration certificate
- Certificate of insurance (if included in the contract)
- Aperçu en cas de problème avec la voiture’ booklet (‘Practical information for drivers’)
- Accident statement
- KBC Autolease fuel card (if included in the contract) – the PIN is sent separately to the fleet manager in a sealed envelope
- Parking disc, high-viz vest, etc.
- If the vehicle has a tow bar: vehicle inspection certificate for the tow bar
