How do you set up a new power of attorney for your business with KBC Mobile?
- Log in to KBC Mobile, go to 'Settings and services', scroll to 'Security and privacy' and select ‘Business powers of attorney’.
- Select the green 'New' button in the business powers of attorney overview
- Read the information on business powers of attorney and tap 'Next'
- Choose the person to whom you want to grant power of attorney, then select their name or choose 'someone else' to add a new person. If you are adding a new person, fill in the personal information and tap 'Next'
- Select the type of product for which you want to grant power of attorney and tap 'Next'
Power of attorney for an account
If you want to grant power of attorney for an account, select one or all accounts and tap 'Next'. Choose whether to grant power of attorney to view transactions, or power of attorney to view and execute transactions. Check the details of the new business power of attorney and sign.
Power of attorney for insurance products
If you wish to grant power of attorney for insurance products, tap 'Next' to allow the agent holding power of attorney to view all insurance products. Check the details of the new business power of attorney and sign.
Power of attorney for loans
If you choose 'Power of attorney for loans' and tap 'Next', you will grant power of attorney to access all loans and make drawdowns.
If you are not authorised to act alone on behalf of the company and want to set up a new power of attorney, other legal representatives must also sign.
