PRIIPS specifies that a Key Information Document (KID) must be drawn up for structured products, including OTC derivatives, that are offered to MIFID Retail clients.

These KIDs are generic for simple products such as FX Forwards and FX Swaps and specific for more complex instruments. Amongst other things, they incorporate information about the product, the risk and the costs in accordance with the requirements of these regulations.
