What does this job entail?
Ready to join the Information Security, Cyber & IT risks team at KBC? It means committing yourself to a crucial and demanding mission: achieving optimal risk management. You do everything from handling incidents to giving targeted advice to top management.
You’ll be part of our international team of experts. You can count on a lot of variation; as well as cybersecurity, you’ll be involved with challenges related to data security, IT security, crisis management, business continuity, cloud security and third-party management.
What do we expect from you?
- You stay up to date with cyber trends and threats.
- You build professional relationships that are based on trust. You do this inside and outside the KBC Group.
- You manage cyber incidents and you’re responsible for crisis management.
- You never stop asking yourself: ‘Could our procedures be better?’ You suggest well-defined improvements to ensure incidents are handled more efficiently.
- You regularly report to important stakeholders.
- You have the opportunity—if it interests you—to train your colleagues on risk and security.
- You take an active role in our international community.
Your key strengths?
- You’re an expert when it comes to data security, cybercrime and IT. CISSP, CISM and CISA certifications are certainly an added value, as is relevant work experience.
- You and your colleagues share a love for working with others and fulfilling goals as a team.
- You communicate fluently in English.
