Flex plan

You receive a Flex budget to supplement your salary in any way you like, for instance in the form of a lease car, an electric bike or additional leave days. which often also involves a tax advantage. Any Flex budget you have left is paid out as fixed salary. It’s entirely up to you whether you want to ‘buy’ Flex products and which ones.

Lease car

No need to worry about a car anymore: our Flex plan offers you a wide range of cars and options to choose from, and servicing, tyre changes and insurance are included.

Lease bike

Your Flex plan also includes a range of bikes and e-bikes to choose from – maintenance and insurance included!

Public transport

If you prefer to travel to work by public transport, you can opt for a season ticket under the Flex plan. If you don’t have a lease car, KBC covers the costs.

Additional leave days

You can ‘buy’ additional leave days with your Flex budget: twice a year you can buy 2.5 days if you work full-time. You can take them on a half-day basis.

Smartphone & tablet

Under the Flex plan, you can lease a smartphone or tablet. You become the owner of the device after 24 months.

Voice and data

You can choose a mobile phone subscription at a highly attractive rate that includes unlimited calls to mobile phone numbers in Belgium (and from the EU to Belgium), unlimited texting and 8 GB of data.
