Work-life balance

Obviously, you don’t live to work. We create a sound work-life balance by offering a generous leave arrangement, flexitime and the option to work from home. If you’d like to work out after work or in the afternoon, you can visit the gym facility at Head Office. Isn’t that great?

Flex hours and flexitime

A full-time working week consists of 37 hours. Most jobs allow you to work any time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. If you have a dentist appointment during these hours, you can work in ‘timeslots’ and there’s no need to take leave. If you work more than 37 hours in any week, you build up ‘flexitime’. You can take this time in full days or half days with a maximum of seven days each year. If your job requires you to work evenings or weekends, you receive an allowance for this.

Working from home

After consulting with your team, you can work from home or in any of our other head offices from time to time. Avoiding the sometimes heavy traffic every now and then is not just convenient for you, it also contributes to more sustainable mobility.

Days off

In addition to your leave days, you also enjoy a reduction in working hours.
