Context / Team :
As ART Commercial Data we are situated at the very exciting core of Big Data & Data Driven processing within KBC!
- Ever wondered how all our ArtificiaI Intelligence, Direct marketing, Kate cases are fueled with their needed & highly desired data but also how we provide the data, reports & insights to reassure we are heading towards our commercial targets ? And all this while we respect our customer’s privacy and preferences ?
- We are organised as an “Agile Release Train” (ART as defined in the Safe methodology) with 10 teams working together and with our internal customers. The ART Commercial Data is the very Epicenter of all of this action
- The ART has been formed beginning of 2024 as a merger of 2 existing ART’s, now consisting of 200+ professionals
The Assignment :
- As this is a newly composed large team, there are many opportunities for harmonisation & improvement where extra brains come in hand :
- In that context we are loooking for bright students that have the ability & willingness to invest in understanding the current way of working and Assistant in improvements
- The exact assignment will be defined depending on the needs / active improvement initiatives / profile of the candidate, but to name just a few possibilities:
- Test Management (
- Train level dashboards including Agile metrics
- Knowledge mgt
- ...

Profile :
- Basic understanding of software development and Development Life Cycle
- An Interest in how to run/organise an DATA domain
- Interest in IT methodologies, agile way of working, it mgt can be helpful
- Your studying a master in IT
