The Virtual Space is still under heavy construction and considered experimental. This means stability problems may occur. Upcoming updates will further improve the stability.

Please make sure you have a working internet connection at all times and that your system meets our system requirements.

This concerns mainly product fact sheets, general terms and conditions and financial info sheets that come with products and services offered by KBC.

This concerns options in account transactions, in the overview of income and expenditure, and in the management settings for account statements.

If you click an e-mail address, you will have to restart KBC Touch. However, the addresses work in the rest of The Virtual Space.

A pre-alpha version is experimental and has not yet been fully tested. You may experience some technical glitches, but we’re really excited about our new app and couldn’t wait to let you experience it. Your feedback will help us keep making it even better.

The app has the same security as all our apps, so you can check your accounts and make transfers with peace of mind.

We currently only have a Windows version. If there’s enough demand, we’ll develop other system versions as well.

We are developing a solution that will apply updates automatically. You will receive a notification when this solution is available.

KBC respects your privacy. We ask you for limited personal information when you sign up. These details are only used to enhance your experience more.

We collect information about how you use the app (including which parts you visit and the average duration of your visit) to improve its general performance. This information is collected anonymously and cannot be used to identify you.

1. Local profile information

• Relates to
  Your name, progress, game and video settings, KBC data (brand and entity), browser cookies and PlayFab ID.
  The PlayFab ID is a unique code for identifying you and for recording your behaviour (see point 2). It is generated the first time you log in and is based on non-personal information. It is also required for licences and internal billing between PlayFab and KBC.
• Use
  This information is stored locally on your device, which means that the data is available the next time you use the app. KBC cannot access this information. You can delete your local profile information by deleting the app or by deleting the files on your PC.

2. Anonymous analytics information on use of the app

  • How often and for how long you use the app
  • Which virtual areas you visit and when
  • Which buttons you click and which services you activate
• Use
  The information is rendered anonymous before being sent to PlayFab, US. IP addresses are rendered unrecognisable before being collected. PlayFab is a Microsoft company which KBC works with. PlayFab processes the information for KBC, which in turn uses this information solely to improve the app.

How do we gather the data?

By means of a PlayFab SDK plug-in (Software Development Kit) that is incorporated into the software.
