Where do I find my messages and documents in KBC Touch?
Follow these steps
- Log in to KBC Touch
- Click ‘Messages’ at the top right of your screen
By default, you will see your personal messages and documents. Switch to ‘Business’ in the vertical menu to see messages and documents for your business.
If you have a new message, a red dot appears on the envelope.
What communications can I find under ‘Messages’ in KBC Touch?
You can see your KBC Banking & Insurance messages and documents under ‘Messages’ in KBC Touch.
We work with Doccle to display your documents and store them for you. You can also download your documents as PDFs for forwarding to someone or for printing.

Click a message to see its contents.
You only see the five most recent messages.
Click the arrow below the list to see older messages.
Type a keyword in the search bar.
You can also enter a specific time period in which to search for a message.
- Click ‘New message’
- Choose who you want to send a message to
- Enter the subject
- Type your message
- Attach a file (if necessary)
- Click ‘Send’

Scroll down to also view your documents in Doccle. You will also see the documents for people with whom you have a relationship, such as your minor children, people in your company, etc.
You see all the documents by default. You can use the filter to search for a particular document in a particular period and also sort the list of documents by date, name or relevance, for example.
Click a document in the list to view its contents, to download it or to print it.
