Change your settings in KBC Touch
Did you know that you can choose which newsletters or commercial messages you receive from us and which channel they are sent through? All you have to do is adjust your profile in KBC Touch. It’s also possible to change the contrast setting here to make it easier for visually impaired customers to use KBC Touch.
Log in to KBC Touch and select ‘Profile’ at the top right of the screen.
Customer details
Using a different e-mail address or just moved house? Update your personal details here so you don’t miss any communications and stay up to speed with our latest news and offers. You can even upload a photo to add a personal touch to your profile.
Settings
This is where you can change your PIN (tablet users only) and adjust your payment limits.
A high-contrast version of KBC Touch is also available to our visually impaired customers. It can be enabled by turning on the high-contrast mode under ‘Settings’.
Communication preferences
Indicate how you prefer to receive our commercial messages and change your settings for this at any time. If you’d rather not receive any messages, simply unsubscribe and your preferences will be updated within 48 hours. However, you’ll continue to receive legally required and administrative information.

This is where you can choose the types of commercial message you want to receive and how you receive them. You can read through our data protection statements and change your cookie preferences here too. If you want, you can also give KBC permission to analyse your data from other banks.
