Frequently asked questions about KBC MoveSmart for your lease bike


Whether you’ve just started using KBC MoveSmart for your lease bike or you’re already an experienced user, you’ll find the answers to your questions here.

General

KBC MoveSmart guides:

Guide to the additional ‘MoveSmart’ service in KBC Mobile:

  1. Go to the screen where you log in and click ‘Forgot password?’ at the bottom
  2. Enter your e-mail address and click ‘Restore password
  3. You’ll receive an e-mail with a temporary password that lets you log in again
  1. In KBC MoveSmart, click ‘Profile’ in the top right-hand corner
  2. Click ‘Change password’ at the top right and change your password

Good to know

Passwords should be eight or more characters long with at least one number and one capital letter. They should not contain any of your details such as your first name, surname, date of birth or the name of your company.

Quotes and orders

 
  1. Go to ‘Quotes’ and select ‘Bicycle simulation’.
  2. Choose what you want to calculate:
    • The maximum price of your bike according to your lease budget
      Select ‘List price’
    • The lease payment you would have to make for a particular bike:
      Select ‘Lease payment’

From the start screen, click ‘Mobility’.

You will see all the quotes presented to you and the ones you created yourself. Your quotes will remain visible on this screen for 30 days.

If you can’t find your quote there, contact us at contact@kbcautolease.be.

If you want to order a bicycle, go to the quote and click ‘Approve’ at the bottom left. Your fleet manager will carry out a final check and order your bike.

If you want to cancel a quote, go to the quote and click ‘Delete’.

If the bike you would like overruns your maximum budget, you can make up the difference yourself by topping up your budget with a down payment, (if possible under your employer’s mobility plan).

You can do this by selecting the pencil under the lease amount.

  1. From the start screen, click ‘Mobility’
  2. Scroll down and click ‘Bike Quote’
  3. Download your barcode

Yes, you don’t have to do anything as this is already factored in.

Yes, you can.

Once you receive your quote, you can adjust the service and maintenance package before approving your quote. This can be done by clicking ‘Edit’ at the top of your quote.

All of your quotes are shown on the Mobility screen. You can tick the boxes of the quotes to compare them.

Yes. You can ask your bike dealer for multiple quotes or even get quotes from multiple bike dealers, all with a single barcode. That barcode will remain the same if you place additional orders in future.
