Good to know

Passwords should be eight or more characters long with at least one number and one capital letter. They should not contain any of your details such as your first name, surname, date of birth or the name of your company.

Your employer’s mobility plan determines the budget available to you and whether you can top it up with a one-off down payment. The mobility plan is also linked to a car policy that determines which make of cars you can choose.

Quotes and orders

  1. From the start screen, click ‘Mobility
  2. Scroll down and click ‘Car quote
  3. Select a mobility plan and adjust your term or mileage (if your employer allows this), then click ‘Continue
  1. From the start screen, click ‘Mobility
  2. You will find all of your quotes on your mobility screen (including ones you created yourself as well as quotes presented to you)

Your quotes will remain visible on this screen for 30 days.
If you can’t find your quote there, send an e-mail to contact@kbcautolease.be.

If you want to order a vehicle, go to the quote you’ve chosen and click ‘Approve’ at the bottom left. Your fleet manager will carry out a final check and order your car.

If you want to cancel a quote, go to the quote and click ‘Delete’.

You can easily do this with the additional ‘MoveSmart’ service in KBC Mobile.

We want to ensure that we order the right vehicle for you at the right price and including any applicable discounts, so you don’t get any unpleasant surprises when you go to pick up your vehicle. That’s why we need the dealer quote. You should always make sure that you’ve uploaded it to KBC MoveSmart before ordering your car.

You can upload your dealer quote in your ‘Accessories and discounts’ screen at the bottom of the ‘Discounts’ section. Be sure to use one of the allowed file types (PDF, JPG or PNG format) and avoid using special characters, full stops or dashes in the file name.

If uploading fails, send an e-mail to onlinesupport@kbcautolease.be.

If the car you would like overruns your maximum budget, you can make up the difference yourself by topping up your budget with a down payment (if possible under your employer’s mobility plan).

You can do this by selecting the pencil under the lease amount.

There are two reasons why your preferred vehicle might not be shown in the list:

  • That vehicle is not allowed under your employer's mobility plan
  • It is a very new model and we don’t have all the necessary details to create a full quote yet

KBC MoveSmart only shows options and packs available for certain models.

If your dealer quote contains an option or pack that you’re unable to select in KBC MoveSmart, send an e-mail to contact@kbcautolease.be.

KBC MoveSmart automatically includes your employer’s standard customer discount, so you don’t have to do anything extra for that.

Certain models sometimes feature discounts and offers for the packs or options you can select. However, they may not be available to your employer, so always check with your fleet manager or check your dealer quote to find out whether you’re entitled to them.

Your dealer may exceptionally grant you an additional discount that you can’t select anywhere. You can enter that discount by clicking the ‘Add additional discount’ button on the ‘Accessories and discounts’ screen.

All of your quotes are shown on the Mobility screen. You can tick the boxes of the quotes to compare them.

Your employer’s fleet insurance or fuel may be provided by another supplier. If so, we’ll try to approximate the total price with our quote (including all services), but there may still be a difference as the insurance or fuel is from another supplier. CO2 tax may also cause a difference between the lease price for your order and the price given on your approved quote.

If you’d like an accurate statement of your total lease price including all services, just contact your fleet manager.

The ‘Details of quote’ screen summarising your quote includes a ‘Vehicle’ section with the ‘Net price excl. VAT’. Compare that with the net price excluding VAT on your dealer quote. Those two prices must be the same.

If not, check your quote in KBC MoveSmart again and compare the details with your dealer quote.
