That’s why we’re delighted to offer all of your covered employees a one-year leadlife Plus membership that gives them access to the all-in-one lifestyle platform. As an employer, this means you have an added bonus to offer in the war for talent.

What exactly is leadlife?
It’s not always easy to see why a healthy lifestyle is so important and it can be even trickier to actually do something about it. Changing habits takes time, commitment and perseverance, and that’s where leadlife can help.

The leadlife app tells you how you ‘score’ when it comes to nutrition, exercise, stress and sleep. It’s your ‘applause’ when you’re doing well, a ‘mirror’ to raise your awareness and your ‘motivator’ to keep going.

Leadlife FAQs
KBC believes that leadlife Plus membership responds to the challenge many of our customers face when it comes to attracting and deploying their employees effectively. A leadlife Plus membership is an accessible way for us to supplement existing efforts in the workplace by supporting your employees directly while helping you fulfil your role as a caring employer.
KBC offers leadlife Plus membership as an additional service for existing customers that have a KBC Employee Care product. Employees covered by this product do not have to pay any additional fees for this service, unless they decide to sign up for the add-on services.
Eligible employees should start on the landing page. They can activate their access using the link or tile in KBC Mobile, which allows us to check whether they meet the conditions for leadlife Plus membership.
KBC Mobile serves as a broad platform for all KBC customers, but it also offers a variety of interesting services which do not require the user to open an account with us. This means that covered employees can still use several KBC Mobile features (such as the one for submitting a claim under their hospitalisation insurance). KBC Mobile also facilitates access control, ensuring that the service is only available to eligible customers and employees.
No, your employees do not need to open an account with us to use this service.
The leadlife app and supporting materials are currently only available in Dutch, French and English.
No, KBC does not use data from leadlife to adjust premiums or cover in any way at all. In fact, KBC has no access to employee well-being data at either individual or company level. Those details remain with leadlife.
KBC is phasing in access to leadlife services. If your employees are covered by a KBC Employee Care product, you will gain access in the following phase. Contact your insurance agent or account manager for more information about the most likely timing.
KBC may decide – but is not obliged – to renew the free membership with leadlife after one year (subject to certain conditions). KBC also reserves the right to end the free membership with leadlife at any time, without prior notice or compensation.
