Vary the distance between your smartphone camera and the QR activation code to get the camera to focus on the QR code.
Yes, you can. Just install the app on the other smartphone. Remember that a user can only ever be active on one smartphone. Once your KBC Sign for Business user profile is active on the new smartphone, you'll no longer be able to log in on the old smartphone.

No. If you log in to the KBC Business Dashboard using KBC Sign for Business, you cannot carry out any e-government transactions. You'll need to log in directly to the Belgian federal finance department (FOD/FIN) using either your eID card, itsme or Isabel or via an external third party.
