Easily meet using any device
If you're using your PC, you don't need to download Microsoft Teams or even create an account. You can simply join the meeting as a 'guest' via your browser.
If you want to join meetings wherever and whenever you like using your smartphone or tablet, just download the ‘Microsoft Teams’ app from the App Store (IOS) or Google Play Store (Android). You can also participate in the meeting as a guest using your smartphone and tablet without having to create an account.

The following browsers are supported by MS Teams:
- Microsoft Edge
- Google Chrome
- Safari (13.1 or higher)
How do you meet with MS Teams?
Start your meeting in Touch by going to 'Appointments' under 'My Contacts'.
If you received an e-mail with the link to your meeting, click the link to open the meeting.
Click 'Continue on this browser'.
MS Teams will need your permission to use your microphone. Tap ‘Allow’ to continue.
Fill in your name and click 'Join now'.
You'll find yourself in the waiting room or lobby of your meeting. As soon as the meeting organiser lets you in, the meeting will start for you.
Start your meeting in Mobile by going to 'All Contacts' in 'My KBC'.
If you received an e-mail with the link to your meeting, tap the link to open the meeting.
Tap ‘Join Meeting’.
MS Teams will need your permission to use your smartphone's microphone. Tap 'OK' to continue.
Enter your name and tap 'Join meeting'.
You'll find yourself in the waiting room or lobby of your meeting. As soon as the meeting organiser lets you in, the meeting will start for you.
Start je vergadering in Touch via ‘Afspraken’ onder ‘Mijn Contacten’.
If you received an e-mail with the link to your meeting, tap the link to open the meeting.
Tap ‘Join Meeting’.

Enter your name and tap 'Join meeting'.
