Your limit for withdrawing cash at ATMs or your bank branch is 2,500 euros per week. You can order up to 25,000 eurosdirectly online. And you can choose how many of each denomination of banknote and coin you receive. The smallest denomination for banknotes is 5 euros and the largest 500 euros. You don't have this option at the ATM.

When you order online, you don't have to indicate the account to be debited. You can do that when you pick up your order at your branch.

… and pick it up without fuss at your branch

Once you've completed your order, select the branch where you'd like to collect the coins and/or banknotes. This means you only need to visit your branch once knowing that your order will be waiting for you.

As soon as we have finished processing your order, we will send you an e-mail advising you when it will be delivered to your branch. This will take no longer than five banking days.
