Signing up to the Luxury Package enables you to use LoungeKey^TM, the service that makes travel much more enjoyable. LoungeKeyTM gives you access to airport lounges throughout the world, regardless of the airline you’re flying with or your travel class. You don’t need to have a LoungeKeyTM account to enter a lounge – simply use your KBC Credit Card instead. Access for yourself is free of charge and you don’t have to pay for what you consume in the lounge. Anyone accompanying you, however, will have to pay.

Activating your Luxury package:

1. Log in to KBC Mobile
2. Tap ‘My KBC’
3. Scroll to ‘Means of payment’ and select your credit card
4. Tap the three dots at the top right
5. Tap ‘View packages’ if you haven’t added a package, or tap ‘Manage’ next to ‘Your packages’ if you’ve already added one
6. Select the ‘Luxury package’ and read the accompanying information document
7. Tap ‘I'll take this package’
8. Tap ‘Sign’ and follow the instructions
9. Your package is added as soon as you sign and the services become active 48 hours later

Cancelling your Luxury package:

1. Log in to KBC Mobile
2. Tap ‘My KBC’
3. Scroll to ‘Means of payment’ and select your credit card
4. Tap the three dots at the top right
5. Tap ‘Manage’ next to ‘Your packages’
6. Unselect the ‘Luxury package’
7. Tap ‘Sign’ and follow the instructions
8. Your package is cancelled as soon as you sign

You can cancel your package after the minimum 1-month term. If you cancel it after this minimum term, the cancellation will take effect on the last day of the current month.

If you’re not satisfied with a particular service, try to find a solution directly with the other party first. If that fails to work or the problem does not get resolved, feel free to send your concerns to complaints@kbc.be.

For Mastercard Travel & Lifestyle Services:
When you add the ‘Luxury Package’ to your KBC Credit Card, you will receive an activation e-mail. Make sure, therefore, to check your e-mails regularly to activate your account.

For managing your access to airport lounges worldwide (LoungeKey^TM):

1. Go to the Mastercard website
2. Select ‘Create your account’ at the top of the screen
3. Enter your card details
4. Enter your personal details
5. Tap or click ‘Go to my account’ on the confirmation screen and log in
