You can contact your KBC branch or Card Stop directly from the KBC Mobile app.
Contact your KBC branch
- Open KBC Mobile
- Tap ‘Communication’ at the bottom of the screen and then select ‘Contact’
- Select ‘Your appointments’ and then the ‘+’ icon at the bottom of the screen.
You can also send an e-mail directly to your KBC branch from there.
Get help from KBC or Card Stop
- Open KBC Mobile
- Tap the bank card, prepaid card or credit card you want to block
- Select 'Card Stop' and follow the instructions
Find a KBC branch near you
- Open KBC Mobile
- Tap the menu icon at the top left of your screen and select 'Contact'
- Tap 'KBC near you'
This will show you KBC branches in your area.
