The KBC Business Dashboard is an online banking portal for use on a desktop. It ensures you can do your business banking with ease, allowing you to navigate seamlessly to your other banking applications, such as:

Like the idea of easy banking for your business? Request the KBC Business Dashboard today and receive immediate access to KBC-Online for Business. If you would also like access to the other banking apps, be sure to mention this when submitting your request.
You will find KBC-Online for Business on the start screen of the Business Dashboard. All the main functions have been placed there for you, with a full list displayed at the top of the screen. They are grouped under the headings 'Payments', 'Cash', 'Finance', 'Insurance' and 'Administration'.
When logging in for the first time with KBC Sign for Business, you must first activate the app.
Activate the app
- Download the app
- Open KBC Sign for Business on your smartphone
- Choose your language
- Tap ‘Register now’
- Tap ‘I have a user ID and QR code’
- Enter your user ID (this is the 13-digit code that you received when requesting the app)
- Scan the QR code (you will find this in the letter or e-mail you received recently)
- Choose a code
Log in
- Go to the login page on your PC or tablet
- Select ‘Smartphone + KBC Sign for Business app’
- Open KBC Sign for Business on your smartphone. Go to the menu.
- Select ‘My profile’ and confirm with your code. You will now see your Login ID.
- Enter your Login ID in the login page on your PC or tablet and confirm
- Open KBC Sign for Business again and tap ‘login’. Scan the QR code on your computer screen.
- Enter your code on your smartphone
- Congratulations! You have now logged in to the KBC Business Dashboard.
If you are logging in to the Business Dashboard for the first time, take a quick look at the questions above. If you are a regular user, read on.
- Navigate to the KBC home page for businesses
- Tap or click the blue ‘Login' button at the top right of the screen
- Choose ‘KBC Business Dashboard’
- Choose your language
- Select a user
- To log in with your smartphone, open KBC Sign for Business, tap ‘Login’ and scan the QR code on your computer screen. Then enter your code in the KBC Sign for Business screen and tap ‘OK’. You are now logged in.
- If you want to log in securely without a bank card, you will need a smartphone and the KBC Sign for Business app.
- If you would like to log in with a card, you will need the Isabel card and a Card Reader. You will receive these automatically once you have requested the KBC Business Dashboard.
- If you use a Mac computer, you can only log in with KBC Sign for Business and your smartphone.
If you're already familiar with the Business Dashboard but want to use it on a different computer, read on.
If you use KBC Sign for Business
- Go to the login page.
- Click ‘KBC Business Dashboard’.
- Choose your language.
- Select the option Smartphone + KBC Sign for Business app.
- Open the KBC Sign for Business app on your smartphone. Go to the menu.
- Select ‘My profile’ and confirm using your code. You will now see your Login ID.
- Enter your Login ID in the login page on your PC or tablet and confirm.
The KBC Business Dashboard can no longer be accessed using Internet Explorer. See the recommended browsers to log in with.
You can only log in with these operating systems:
- Windows 8 Service Pack 1
- Windows 8.1
- Windows 10
The Business Dashboard only works with the latest version of these browsers:

- Run the program as administrator
Right-click the Business Dashboard icon in your Start menu or on your desktop. Select Run as administrator in the menu that opens (you may first need to click More, depending on the version of Windows you’re using).
Continually spinning circle after selecting ‘Online banking’ in Safari on Mac
- Open the Safari menu and select Preferences.
- Go to Cookies and website data and select Always allow.
- Close Safari and restart it in a new session.
Getting one of these error messages?
Unexpected error occurred while validating your certificate
- Check your version of the software. If it’s outdated, install the latest version.
- Clear the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) state in your Internet options
Tap or click the Windows Start icon, enter INETCPL.CPL in the search bar and press Enter. Then select the ‘Content’ tab, ‘Certificates’ and ‘Clear SSL State’.
- Check that your LAN settings are unchecked
Go to Tools then Internet options. Go to the Connections tab then LAN settings at the bottom. Automatically detect settings should be unchecked.
- Install the certificate using the control panel
Open the Isabel control panel. Double-click Install your Certificate and enter your card’s PIN when prompted. If the installation is successful, you’ll get a confirmation window.
- Check whether your KBC e-Business Card is activated

- Check your version of the software. If it’s outdated, install the latest version.
- Update your trusted sites
Go to the Security tab and click the green Trusted sites tick, then the Sites button. Enter these websites, including the asterisks (*):

- Hit Add to update your trusted sites.
- Install the certificate using the control panel
Open the Isabel control panel. Double-click Install your certificate and enter your card’s PIN when prompted. If the installation is successful, you’ll get a confirmation window.
"Website wants to open web content"
- Check your version of the software. If it’s outdated, install the latest version.
"Browser type not allowed"
- The Business Dashboard can no longer be accessed using Internet Explorer. Learn more
- Trying to log in with your card on a Mac computer? You can only log in on a Mac using our KBC Sign for Business on your phone.
"Wrong PIN"
- Change your PIN in the control panel, then log in again with your new PIN.
"Loading security software failed" or "No security software installed"
- Using Internet Explorer 11? The Business Dashboard can no longer be accessed using Internet Explorer. Learn more
"kbc.be/kbcbrussels.be/cbc.be not responding", a red exclamation mark or being prompted to fill in a field

You can download KBC Sign for Business for free from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Tick the box next to the transaction you would like to sign in Business Dashboard and tap 'Sign'.
- Open KBC Sign for Business on your smartphone.
- Tap ‘Sign’.
- You will now see a summary of the transaction. Check to make sure all the information is correct and tap ‘Sign’ again.
- Enter your code and confirm it.
- Your transaction has now been signed.

Contact either the administrator of your KBC Business Dashboard or your KBC branch. They are the only ones who can change the security procedure for you.
If you only use the Isabel Smartcard to log in to the Business Dashboard, you don’t need to activate any of Isabel’s fee-based modules. Get started with this step-by-step easy guide.
Request a replacement card on the Isabel website (you will be charged for this service).
Block your card by calling Card Stop on +32 78 170 170. Request a replacement card on the Isabel website (you will be charged for this service).
In that case, you need to request a new card on the Isabel website, as you won’t be able to activate your old Isabel card anymore (you will be charged for this service).
If your company uses the KBC Business Dashboard and you would also like to access it, ask the administrator of the Business Dashboard to register you as a new user. Only the administrator can add more users.

- Make sure you are using your computer as an administrator. The software installs itself automatically.
- The software does not work on Mac computers. Mac users can log in securely and sign with KBC Sign for Business.
A certificate of debit can only be requested for transactions no older than 30 calendar days for SEPA credit transfers or 40 calendar days for international transfers.
Download proof of payments you have made for free (in Dutch, French or English).
- Go to the 'Accounts' menu
- Tap or click 'Track Payments' under 'Accounts'
- Select either 'International payments' or 'SEPA payments'
- Search for the transfer in question
- Select your payment by tapping or clicking 'Details'. (You will now see your transfer.)
- Tap or click the blue PDF icon and select a language. (A new window will open with the proof of your payment.)
Only the legal representative, full-mandate holder and the Business Dashboard administrator can view documents, invoices and insurance premium payment notices. The Business Dashboard administrator can give another user access to invoices and insurance premium payment notices by following these steps:
1. Go to Settings > Business settings > Users > Manage users
2. Select the relevant users
3. Scroll to the bottom of ‘Documents’ and select the ‘May view invoices’ toggle
If you are a Business Dashboard administrator, go to Settings > Business communication > Invoice preferences > Process your invoices automatically.
This displays an overview of the different companies in your Business Dashboard. Tap the company whose invoices should be forwarded and you will be able to select whether to automatically forward insurance invoices and premium payment notices. These can be sent by e-mail with the invoice attached (in PDF and UBL format) or via Peppol.
You can do the same in KBC Touch by heading to ‘Profile’ and then ‘Communication preferences’, where you can automatically forward your company's invoices and premium payment notices by e-mail or via Peppol.
